Screen printing
Water Base & Discharge

Screen printing applies color with ink directly through a screen onto the garment.

The most widely used process in the industry, can be very affordable in volume. Great quality, vibrant colors.

HEAT PRINTING

Heat printing is the process of transferring heat-applied materials (Heat Transfer Paper and Heat Transfer Vinyl) to various items using a heat press.

DTG
(Direct-To-Garment) printing

Provides the best pricing for low quantity orders. It's great for fine gradations and detail, especially if you have a design with lots of colors and you want a relatively small quantity order.

DTG machine will print directly onto the garment, resulting in a fantastically high quality print and maximum detail.

EMBROIDERY

Decorative stitching on fabric. Different color threads are sewn into the garment by a computer controlled machine to create the desired image.

PERSONALIZATION

We offer high-quality custom Heat Transfer or Vinyl lettering to make your own customized t-shirt or team jersey for your sport team or special events.

To complete orders we need about 72 hours (shipping time not included) from when approved artwork and payment has been received. If you need custom artwork created, please allow us more time. Any delays in the final design approval will delay your order.

No. We source our own garments from pre-qualified suppliers. We work with dozens of wholesale distributors and garment manufacturers.

We are proud to offer no minimum order requirements on all products across our catalog.

  • After you submit your order, our design team will review and recreate you a free high-resolution digital mock-up for you to approve.
  • After your design is reviewed by our team, we send a mock-up back to you for your final approval.
  • After you approve your final design proof, your order is ready for payment.
  • As soon as the payment is been received, we will start to production on your order.

  • To cancel an order log into My Account, find the correct order, click on the “Order ID" number, and click on the "cancel" button at the bottom right side of the page. The status of that order will change to "cancelled".

  • After finishing your design, click the "Buy" button at the top right.
  • Proceed through the checkout process and pay using a credit card.

Unfortunately, after payment of your invoice we are unable to provide a refund as each design is custom-made and we produce the designs as quickly as possible to expedite delivery of our products.
If your order contains printing errors or defective goods, we will of course take back the product and refund your money or send you a new product.

Please let us know if you are not completely satisfied with your order so that we can promptly fix the problem at no cost to you.

International Shipping

We do not ship to International PO boxes. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates on International orders. Customs clearance can significantly delay the delivery of international orders. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

We ask for photo verification of the damaged goods sent to info@audacitee.com, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

No. We do not have physical stores since we operate online exclusively, but we operate multiple warehouses across the country to ensure the fastest delivery possible to your location.

We ship everything that we have in our catalog directly from our warehouses right to your door for your own convenience.


We accept any major credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Paypal, Bank Wire, Money orders, Checks and a purchase order (for schools, universities, government organizations).

All payments will be processed in USD. If your credit card company or bank uses a different currency, the final transaction price may differ due to currency exchange rates.

Yes. We accept purchase orders from most government and educational institutions and some businesses. To submit your request for payment by PO, fill out the PO form in the payment section of checkout. A physical copy of the purchase order must be received via email info@lifeisshirt.com in order for production to begin.

It surely is! We use Braintree to process all of the payments on Mercht. Braintree is a validated Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant Service Provider (which essentially means your payments are super secure), and they take care of everything - we don't have access to any card or payment details.

Screen printing is one of the methods we use for printing your designs onto our shirts. Screen printing is the same basic process as using a stencil, except instead of coloring in the parts of a stencil bit by bit, the entire image is prepared and pressed onto the shirt at once.


DTG printing

Direct to garment (or DTG) printing involves an advanced inkjet printer laying ink directly onto a garment. These prints are generally thinner than screenprints, allowing for more intricate designs and a softer print texture. The full range of color in a photograph or gradients of an image can be expressed.

Heat Printing, also known as heat transfer printing, is the process of transferring heat-applied materials to various items using a heat press.


Names and Numbers

We can print pretty much anywhere on the garments that you want as long as it fits within our maximum print size. We typically do not print over a seam unless it's a hooded sweatshirt.

  • Adult garments — 14" x 16"
  • Youth / Small ladies garments — 10" x 12"
  • Sleeve prints — 4" x 4"

If an artwork does not fit the max print area, it will be scaled to fit.

Yes. You can add a sleeve print to many of our garments by using the "Add Sleeve Print" tool in the Design Lab. Sleeve prints must be small enough to fit on one side or length of a sleeve.

Currently our system does not allow this but we're working on it.

Yes we can. However, the print may be skewed a little or not as clear as it would normally be if printed directly on the garment.

We don't assume responsibility for copyrighted designs sent to us for printing. We actually wouldn't be able to print copyrighted designs. As we are not a licensed printer it would infringe on official merchandise, we must follow these regulations.

If you are able to provide written permission to print copyrighted images, scan the documentation and send us a copy at info@lifeisshirt.com. We would be more than happy to print it for you.

Use the "Personalize" feature located in the header bar of the Design Lab page to enter the names and/or numbers on the appropriate sizes of your t-shirts. From there, using the "Enter Custom List" button, you’ll be able to input a custom list of names and numbers.

The personalization portion of your design may have a different material and color than the rest of your design.


We recommend 300 DPI or higher. Vector files will produce the highest quality results. For non-vector files, upload an image with at least 150 DPI or higher.
